The Network of Bar Leaders Hosts Its Annual Induction Ceremony and Reception – September 12, 2017

Congratulations to Hilary Gingold, NoBL’s 2017-2018 President, and the balance of the Network of Bar Leaders’ Officers and Executive Council members for the new term. See the list of the NoBL’s Officers and Executive Council members here. A warm thanks to to everyone who attended, and to the incoming officers (Hilary Gingold, Yacine Barry-Wun, Meredith R. Miller, Michael Kohan, Edwina F. Martin, and Bridgette Y. Ahn), the Puerto Rican Bar Association, and the Dominican Bar Association who helped plan the event, and who contribute so much to NoBL. We were delighted to host the beautiful event at the United States District Court of the Southern District of New York.

The Honorable George B. Daniels, United States District Court Judge of the District Court of the Southern District of New York, gave opening remarks, and the Honorable Rolando T. Acosta, Presiding Justice of the Appellate Division, First Department, swore in the Officers and Executive Council members. Presiding Justice Acosta was introduced by Betty Lugo, the Immediate Past President of the Puerto Rican Bar Association. Ms. Hilary Gingold gave an inspirational speech about the exciting events planned for the upcoming term, which will include ample opportunities for the NoBL’s members to network amongst themselves. A special thanks to Diana Sen, NoBL’s Immediate Past President, for her service in the previous term. Ms. Sen will continue her service to NoBL, as a new member of NoBL’s Executive Council.
