The brief doesn’t address the merits of the personal injury action but raises concerns about the trial judge’s reference to the Plaintiff-Appellant being “Korean born.” Please find attached a sample support letter that your organization may submit. The letter will need to reach the NY Supreme Court, Appellate Division – Third Department by January 10 when the oral argument takes place. We suggest that the letter be submitted no later than Thursday, January 6 so that it may reach the panel on time.
